Development Review is one of the functions of the Engineering Department. Engineering is responsible for reviewing all Concurrency, and Commercial and Residential Site Plans and Plats for the unincorporated areas of the County. Engineering is also responsible for reviewing Transportation Concurrency for all areas of the County.
