Jed has been in the Purchasing field for over twenty-eight years with seventeen years in the Private Sector as a Parts Manager, Director of Purchasing for a multi-location business, and part owner of a filter / maintenance related parts business that dealt with the Marine and Trucking Industries. He has a Certified Public Manager’s (CPM) designation from FSU and is a Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO). through the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).  Gerald has also obtained an Associates of Science Degree from Broward Community College in Purchasing Management/Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Warner Southern College in Lake Wales , Florida .
