Keep Highlands County Beautiful, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to litter prevention, beautification and environmental improvements by increasing community awareness and involvement through education. KHCB relies on donations, in-kind services and grant funding to make our community a beautiful and healthier place in which to live.
