The Human Resources Department, located at 600 South Commerce Ave. in Sebring, is responsible for the policies, programs and procedures that enable each department to meet their service delivery responsibilities. The HR department is responsible for all hires, terminations, evaluations and record keeping as it pertains to personal information. Additionally, the Human Resources Director also serves as the Risk Management Director. The HR Department helps department directors effectively manage the county’s human capital and to comply with new and existing legal requirements.
