The Highlands County Housing Department administers the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) funds from Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Community Development Block Grant funds from the Florida Department of Community Affairs, Housing Preservation funds from USDA, Rural Development and funding provided by Highlands County Board of County Commissioners.
