Darryl Scott is a native of Avon Park Fl. He is a sixth generation Floridian and a third generation resident of Highlands County.

Before coming to Animal Control, Darry has worked as a State Correctional Officer, Highlands County Deputy Sheriff and State Wild life Officer for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
